If you don't trust

One of the principles to "use" (work / cooperate with) people of Cao Cao (曹操 / Tào Tháo) is that if he doubts someone, he would not use that one, and if he uses someone, he must trust that one.

That's also what made Guo Jia (郭嘉 / Quách Gia) followed him till his after death! Upon leaving this world, Guo Jia was still so worried about Cao Cao's situation and circumstance that he left him with the velvet bags containing strategies for another 10 years, presuming that Cao Cao would succeed in time. Sadly, Guo Jia might have not lost to fate, but he had lost to Cao Cao's trust beyond his death

These are also the reasons why I admire Guo Jia and respect Cao Cao so much.
